Our third Whiteley speed networking evening took place at the Salty Dog restaurant and once again proved just how powerful it is to bring women together in a relaxed, welcoming and energetic setting.
Members gathered for an evening of speed networking, reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting many new ones. With just three minutes per conversation, the format kept the pace lively and engaging, giving everyone the opportunity to meet over 18 different members during the course of the evening. The structure encouraged focused conversations, quick introductions and – surprisingly often – the start of deeper and more meaningful connections.
Cocktails were served on arrival, setting the tone for a sociable and upbeat evening. After the networking sessions wrapped up, members were treated to delicious food, giving everyone the chance to continue conversations in a more informal way. Sweet bites followed, accompanied by tiramisu cocktails for dessert – a memorable and much‑talked‑about finish to the night.
As always, the atmosphere was fantastic. There was a real buzz in the room, with laughter, energy and enthusiasm flowing throughout the evening. The combination of great company, excellent food and a well‑paced networking format made for a thoroughly enjoyable event.

Evenings like this are a wonderful reminder of what Whiteley is all about – connection, support and creating spaces where members can build relationships that extend well beyond the room. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at the Salty Dog and helped make the night such a success.
