Thrive Wellbeing
Some of you may know Sarah Attwood from our meetings. Having relocated to Jersey, Sarah has now found her new home for Thrive Wellbeing, based at Strive Health Club.
Sarah is a Stress and Burnout Prevention Specialist and founder of Thrive Wellbeing. To celebrate her Jersey launch and introduce herself and her work, she’s hosting a free evening talk open to all.
It’s All Connected: Reclaim Your Energy, Calm and Control
You train your body consistently, but what about everything else?
You’re busy, capable and doing everything right on paper, yet still running on empty, struggling to switch off and left wondering why your energy, recovery and resilience aren’t where you’d like them to be. Everything you’re feeling is connected: your stress your sleep, your digestion, your energy and your mood. Once you understand that, everything gets easier.
In this session Sarah will explore how all these areas and your recovery are all more connected than you realise. She’ll explain how your nervous system is often the missing piece and why treating these as separate problems keeps so many people stuck.
This isn’t another talk about doing more or trying harder. It’s about understanding yourself at a deeper, root cause level, fixing the parts before it overwhelms the whole.
📅 Wednesday 25th March · 6.30 to 7.30pm · Strive Health Club
🎟️ Free to attend · Contact Strive to reserve your place
Sharing and support from our wonderful members would mean the world to Sarah as she launches in Jersey.

ABC Breast Cancer Support Jersey – www.abc.org.je
ABC Breast Cancer Support Jersey recently invited the UK charity, CoppaFeel, to come to Jersey to present their unique Roadshow in nearly all our senior schools. The three “boobettes” shared their personal stories of having a breast cancer diagnosis at a young age and educated the audiences on how to become breast aware and recognise their own “Normal”. They are keen to spread awareness that an early diagnosis of breast cancer can save lives.
They are reaching out to organisations and corporations across Jersey to ask if they can facilitate a 45 minute on line CoppaFeel presentation for all your colleagues. 1 in 7 women will receive a breast cancer diagnosis. Breast cancer does affect men too. Caught early enough it is one of the best responders to treatment.
While ABC is there to help once a diagnosis has been made they are equally anxious to do what they can to ensure that such a diagnosis is caught early. If this is something you could facilitate within your organisation and would like further information, please do get in touch via our email info@abc.org.je
